This family-run hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes with easy access to gondolas, including the Ciampinoi and the Dantercepies. The recently refurbished rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The management team is helpful and reception friendly. Breakfast is good and the sauna clean and hygienic.
The hotel lacks a reliable internet connection, which can be particularly frustrating for solo travelers needing to stay connected with work or family.

Great location for skiing and sightseeing. The ski lifts were just a stone's throw away, and the terrace gave us stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options to choose from, including fresh juice and hot coffee. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel welcome.
The restaurant staff didn't speak English, which made it hard to communicate with them. The wait times between the courses were also longer than we expected. The spa facilities were average, and the hot tub was not particularly warm. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

The hotel offered a prime location in the heart of the slopes, perfect for skiing! There was a cable car just outside the door which made it easy to move around. The staff was fantastic, they were always available and ready to help giving us recommendations on the best ski tours. A great bonus was the sauna and hot tub to relax after a long day skiing.
The hills to the city center were quite steep and made it difficult to walk back. However, taxis were ready to pick us up and bring us back to the hotel.
